Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer; we’ll provide an estimated timeline upon custom order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Monitoring Your Package: It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and notify the carrier or our support team of any issues as soon as they arise.

Shipping Time:

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-25 business days, but delays may occur due to customs or carriers.

Expedited Options: Where available, you can select an expedited shipping service at checkout for faster delivery. Additional fees will apply.

Import Duties and Taxes:

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:

Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs processes. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out so we can assist in any possible claim or investigation.

Lost Packages: In the event your package is lost or missing, contact us so we can guide you through filing a claim with the carrier. We’ll do our best to support you, but the outcome depends on the carrier’s investigation.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and/or the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Address Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have it re-shipped.
