By law, all package contents are accurately declared on shipping labels, and we cannot mark items as “gifts.”
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
Shipping delays after dispatch are beyond our control.

Do you make custom or personalized jewelry?
Yes, we love working on custom orders! Please note that custom designs may take a bit longer as we may need to source specific supplies to bring your vision to life.
Please note that the lengths/sizes are approximate and may differ slightly due to the size of the beads and the components. The findings may be slightly different than in photos. Depending on the settings of your monitor, the color of the items may
look slightly different than the actual color.
Will I receive exactly what is pictured?
You will receive a piece of jewelry similar to the one shown in the photos. Each gemstone bead is unique, with its own natural color, pattern, and shape. This means every piece of jewelry is truly one of a kind.
Do shipping times include processing times?
No, shipping times do not include the time it takes to create your handmade jewelry and pack your order.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Do not drop your jewelry to prevent gemstone breakage. Remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or sleeping. How do I register or log in to Beaded Stories?
Logging in or registering on our website is quick and easy! Here’s how it works:
1. Click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.
2. Enter Your Email Address: On the login page, simply enter your email address in the provided field.
3. Receive a Login Code: A 6-digit code will be sent to your email address.
4. Enter the Code: Return to the login page and enter the 6-digit code in provided the field.
5. Access Your Account: Once the code is verified, you’ll be logged into your account or registered if it’s your first time logging in.
No passwords are required—your email and the secure one-time code make it seamless and secure!
