Data Deletion Request

If you signed in to Beaded Stories with Facebook and want your personal data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Choose one method:

1. Contact form: beadedstories.com/pages/contact-us

2. Email: customerservice@beadedstories.com

Please include:

• Subject: “Facebook Data Deletion”

• Your full name

• The email address used on your Beaded Stories account

• (Optional) Order number(s) to help us locate your records

What data we receive via Facebook Login

• Your email address and basic public profile (e.g., name).

• If you place an order or create a customer profile, we also store the information you provide at checkout (addresses, phone, etc.).

What we delete or anonymize

• Your customer account and personally identifying data held in Shopify

• Connected tools we control (e.g., email marketing, reviews, analytics)

Legal/operational exceptions: We may be required to retain certain records (e.g., tax, fraud prevention, bookkeeping). In those cases we anonymize your data (remove name, email, phone, and address) while keeping non-personal transaction details.

Verification & timeline

• We’ll confirm the request using the email on the account (or ask for reasonable proof).

• We acknowledge within 7 days and complete deletion/anonymization within 30 days, unless law requires otherwise.

Important

Revoking Beaded Stories in your Facebook settings does not delete data already stored in our systems. Please submit a deletion request using one of the methods above.
